ProductME - Interactive Discussion about Product Market Fit

ProductME, in collaboration with Concept+, brings you an interactive workshop on the concepts around Product Market Fit.

Product-market fit is one of the essential Product concepts, yet it is also one of the least well-defined.

An essential part of understanding and defining product-market fit is to make effective and efficient product discovery. One of the ways you achieve this is via the Lean Product Process (by Dan Olsen). The process helps you articulate, test, and revise your key hypotheses so you can improve your product-market fit.

In this session, we will discuss the process focusing on identifying customer needs and defining the value proposition for the product you are building.

About the Speaker

A passionate advocate for products and an entrepreneur at heart, Charan Thota works as a Lead PM at Careem. He launched his first firm, Commut, after completing his undergraduate studies; Careem later purchased Commut. After leading the operations of the Careem Bus product for a short time, he was responsible of the Careem Food product's customer experience. After successfully managing the teams at Careem, he took the head of product position at Chatfood, where he created the SaaS platform for food and beverage companies to sell directly to consumers online or offline. He is now back at Careem charge of an intriguing new product.

He enjoys discussing startups, technology, and products in general. When he is not working, he enjoys board games, watching cricket and football, and reading.
