Product managers often struggle with knowing where to start, how to enhance products, and the best methods to use. This course will teach you how to build and improve products by identifying problems, assessing opportunities, and developing, testing, and scaling solutions.The course aims to provide a theoretical foundation and practical skills. You will learn to suggest product enhancements, create prototypes, test designs, and make decisions in uncertain situations. By the end, you will have a portfolio showcasing your product expertise, which will be valuable for your career.
You'll develop product sense & execution skills, going beyond typical product management skills. This includes evaluating opportunities, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring the best user experience in every decision.
