Sign up for this in-person workshop at High Holborn, to learn more about what procrastination is and what can be done about it. Discover techniques for challenging and breaking the cycle of procrastination.

In particular, we will explore how perfectionism and low self-esteem can feed unhealthy procrastination habits.

This workshop is for UAL students who struggle with procrastination in their academic work or other aspects of life.
