https://momence.com/s/100196301Based on the work of Stewart Cubley & Michele Cassou, these workshops are held to get in touch with one’s authentic creative process that can invoke emotional and somatic responses that can lead to higher awareness, healing and transformation. Focusing solely on the process and not the product is the premise we hold during these workshops.
Taken directly from their website, “Process painting allows you to transcend the rules and go beyond who you thought you were, taking you on a journey of inspiration, growth and change.”
Furthermore, process painting breaks the myths of needing to have talent or feel inspired to create artistically and allows participants to connect to their creative soul which can bring forward personal realignment and stepping into an authentic creative voice that is your own.
Incorporated in each session will be a guided meditation/visualization that will start off each session to allow participants to be present and allow themselves to just be in the moment that is catered to each session’s theme. We will set intentions for each session and move forward with painting. Typically, process painting workshops run about an hour and a half to two hours, leaving time at the end for a group share and process and a brief closing meditation.
