About this Event
Karen Chang, whose first ever solo exhibition opens at gallery B612 on April 2nd, 2026, presents a workshop exploring her unique creative process for her dreamy compositions. A combination of digital collage "sketches" and exploratory abstract underlayers, Karen Chang will walk us through a condensed version of developmental process.
Participants will begin by creating exploratory abstract color fields using prompts and guidance from the artist before adding collage elements that resonate with our own stories, dreams, and hopes. Take home three small compositions that represent the various parts of your own journey.
