About this Event

Power Hour: Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking
In Person | Ages 13–18
Hosted at iCode Augusta

Problem-solving and critical thinking help you make better decisions, handle challenges, and stay calm when things do not go as planned. These skills show up in school, jobs, and everyday life.

This in-person Power Hour helps you learn how to break down problems, think through options, and respond with confidence instead of stress. Through guided discussion and interactive activities, you will practice thinking clearly and making thoughtful choices.

During this session, you will:

  • Learn how to break problems into manageable steps
  • Practice thinking critically instead of reacting under pressure
  • Build confidence making decisions and evaluating options
  • Understand how problem-solving applies to school, work, and life
  • Gain tools to adapt when challenges or plans change

SkillZilla Power Hours are interactive, supportive, and built for where you are right now. You do not need prior experience or advanced skills to participate.

This Power Hour works as a standalone session and also connects to SkillZilla cohorts and future opportunities.
