About this Event
Join our keynote speaker: Tim Willasey-Wilsey, on how war, terrorism, great-power rivalry, and policy fragmentation are changing international risk, and how current global conflicts are reshaping the risk landscape for financial institutions.
Supported by Navin Rauniar (Chair, PRMIA UK) and Alessandra Mongiardino (NED, Triodos Bank), the session will explore how financials can manage international risk, strengthen governance, and prepare for future geopolitical shocks.
Tim Willasey-Wilsey CMG is a Visiting Professor at King's College, London and a Senior Associate Fellow at RUSI, the world's oldest defence think-tank. Tim served as a diplomat in the Foreign Office for 27 years in Africa, Latin America, Asia and Europe before becoming International Advisor for NatWest Group including RBS and Coutts. In 2025 he published his first book, the bestselling 'The Spy and the Devil'. Tim writes and appears extensively in the press and media talking about geopolitics including Ukraine, the Middle East, Asia as well as terrorism and conflict resolution.
