Prize Fest Volunteer Training #1 - Tuesday, October 7, 6:00pm

All volunteers MUST attend one training session. This is the first of the two training opportunities. It will take place on Tuesday, October 7th at 6:00 p.m. in the Shreveprot Regional Arts Council Engine Room — 801 Crockett Street, Shreveport.

During the training, we will be going over all of the roles and responsibilities for volunteers, teaching you how to use our ticketing and voting system, updating you on changes to the festival, distributing passes and shirts, showing you some of the common interactions you may experience and how to handle them, and much more. Plus, it's a really great time and you get to mix and mingle with all of the other volunteers!

If you absolutely cannot attend orientation, please let me know ASAP.
