To help you locate us, you can put (King Street Wharf - 3 The Promenade, Sydney NSW 2000) into google maps and it will direct you straight to our location.

ARRIVAL
To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly request all guests to arrive at the venue a minimum of 30 minutes before the time indicated on your tickets. Please be aware that the boat operates on a punctual schedule.

TRANSPORT

Light Rail: The closest stop for light rail customers is The Star.

Rail Customers: For rail customers, you can either go to Central and then transfer to the light rail to reach The Star, or consider walking from Town Hall or Wynyard. While we do not encourage driving, paid parking is available at Wilson Car Park 383 Kent St (you can also enter from Sussex St) or Star City Casino for those who choose to do so.

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

Please be aware that anyone who arrives at the wharf appearing to be approaching intoxication or already intoxicated will not be permitted to board the vessel. Regrettably, ticket refunds cannot be offered under these circumstances.

MOSH PITS

We encourage all attendees to be respectful of one another while enjoying the music and expressing themselves during performances. Our aim is to create an atmosphere where everyone can enjoy the music in a safe and inclusive environment.

ATM / EFTPOS

Both the bars and merchandise tables are equipped with EFTPOS facilities. However, it is advisable to carry cash as a backup in case of service interruptions. Please note that there is no ATM available on the vessel.
