Hosted in conversation with Tim himself, the evening explores Continuum’s singular vision of Napa Valley: wines shaped by meticulous vineyard work, mountain terroir, and a family legacy devoted to elevating the art of wine.

Tim Mondavi has spent his life at the forefront of fine wine. After earning his degree in viticulture and enology from UC Davis, he joined the Robert Mondavi Winery team in 1974, where he helped guide wine research, contributed to the development of Napa Valley’s appellation system, and mentored generations of winemakers. His work has also extended internationally, with pivotal roles in creating renowned wines including Opus One in Napa Valley, Ornellaia and Luce in Italy, and Seña in Chile.

Following the sale of the Robert Mondavi wine business in 2003, Tim joined his father Robert and sister Marcia to establish Continuum—an estate founded on the family’s enduring connection to Napa Valley and their shared pursuit of exceptional wine. This is a special chance to hear that story directly from Tim while discovering the wines that carry it forward.
