Please join us for the private view of ‘Version 10.312’ – an exhibition marking ten years of Martin Baillie Studio – at Sierra Metro on Friday 21 June 2024, 6–8pm.

Martin is a graphic designer based in Edinburgh, collaborating with cultural organisations, businesses and third sector projects across Scotland and beyond – his work spans branding, print, online and everything in-between – with a focus on engaging and effective communication, problem solving, and making things look good.

He’s also the designer of our beautiful Sierra Metro identity. Featuring bespoke typography, illustration, motion graphics, historic print processes, Pantone spot colours, satirical slogans and audio doodles – the exhibition aims to be a humble celebration of Martin’s output over the past decade.

Facilities: Gender neutral toilets, baby change, dog friendly, free wifi, coffee bar, quiet space, zoom room and meeting room.

Sierra Metro is a not for profit gallery, studio and coffee bar. We are committed to artist-centred practice and our intention is to showcase and support emerging and mid-career visual artists and designers. We aim to engender a climate of flexibility and experimentation for everyone who exhibits with us, and offer broad public access to contemporary art experiences and discussions.
