Time: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Where: Palm Beach International Raceway (PBIR) in Jupiter, FL
Total amount of track time: 3 hours
3 Separate Run Groups
Novice with Instructor
Intermediate Solo
Advance Solo
If you have never done a track event, this is the event to finally check-off that bucket-list item. An in-car instructor will be provided to all novice drivers for the entire day. Drivers with some track experience (intermediate) and advanced drivers will have their own run groups. Each run group will have two, 30-minute sessions in the morning, and two 30-minute sessions in the afternoon. Then, we will have “Happy Hour” from 4 to 5 PM, where the track is open to all drivers (Novice drivers still require an instructor).
THE COST
Novice drivers w/instructor = $495
Intermediate & Advance drivers = $450
You can also share your car with a co-driver for a small additional fee:
Co-driver registration (in the same run group as primary driver) = +$100
Co-driver registration (in a different group than primary driver) = +$200
Lunch is Included with your registration (includes 2 lunches).
Complimentary water and beverages throughout the day.
Passengers are FREE, if you are an intermediate or solo driver.

But that’s not all, we will also hold “parade laps” around the track at low speeds, in a lead/follow format during lunch. This is FREE for you and your guests, and open to any car (including passengers). It’s a great opportunity to get your spouse and kids to ride with you for a few laps around the track.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY
We will have Arno & ACV Productions taking professional photography & video of the event and every car. Photographs will be available for purchase at the track.
Other Details
Helmets
You will need a helmet. We will send out an email with links to places to either rent a helmet or purchase your own. All helmets must be Snell-SA2010 certified, at a minimum. Motorcycle or ATV helmets are not allowed. You can purchase a decent entry-level Snell certified SA2020 helmet for under $200.
Convertibles
Convertibles are allowed, as long as they have built-in roll-over protection, either from the factory or aftermarket.
Tires
This is a track event, not a drifting competition. Your tires will be perfectly OK and will only see minor wear.
HPDE
This is considered a High-Performance Driving Education/Event. It is not a race. You determine how fast (or slow) you want to go. Point-by’s are mandatory in every run group, which means no one can pass you unless you give them the OK to pass (a point-by).
Do I Need an M Car?
Nope, any modern BMW will be just fine. The idea is to learn to drive YOUR car and really find out its capabilities. The only thing you may need to do is replace the brake fluid with something more suited for the track; a brake fluid that has a higher boiling point. Motul RBF 600 is a good choice and not expensive.
Track Insurance
Most car insurance policies do not cover incidents on the road course or track events. Additional track insurance is optional but encouraged. Hagerty offers track day insurance, which you can purchase online the day of the event. The cost will depend on how much coverage you’d like.
Car Rentals
In case you don’t want to use your own car for this event, there will be track-ready BMW M235s available for rent. Cost is $1,850, and includes vehicle/track insurance and instructor. Driver must be 25+. Please contact us if you’re interested in this option.
Having attended many, many, many track events, I can personally tell you that the most rewarding and memorable events for me were the ones I attended with friends. It’s an experience unlike any other and it’s one you will never forget. You will be sharing the track with people you know.
