What to Expect:

All levels of pilates goers are welcomed!No experience is necessary, just come as you are and a positive attitude. Enjoy a classical mat pilates class with great cueing and hands on adjustments to provide that personalized touch!Come early to find a good spot and meet fellow Pilates enthusiasts.

What to Bring:

Come in exercise clothes. Bring some water, a mat and a towel to wipe off that sweat. Most importantly GREAT energy :)
