Who do you become in relationship with different people? Let's take small yet meaningful risks for the purpose of growth and learning.
About this Event

You are light. As you move through others, what colors are revealed?
You are a prism. In what ways do you refract the light of others?

PRISM is a workshop for playing, moving, and exploring how our interactions with each other land in the nervous system. We’ll begin with an embodied warm-up, then move into touch and word-prompt exercises to notice how the body responds (or reacts) to the people around us. From there, we’ll build toward a game called “fooling,” in which each participant uses body and voice to engage with the room and report back on what they observe arising. We’ll create space to notice habitual responses, take interpersonal risks, and get curious about the many dimensions of ourselves that emerge when we allow ourselves to experiment beyond the familiar.

This workshop is for you if you’re curious about:
+ Who you become in relationship with different people
+ What your body knows before you have words for it
+ Trying on potent language that you don’t get to express in everyday life
+ How to move beyond familiar relational habits
+ Taking small yet meaningful risks for the purpose of growth and learning
+ Exploring touch, movement, language, and play as ways of relating
