Printmaking Workshop: Handmade Cards for Any Occasion

Using Lino carving tools and Speedy Carve, participants will design and print their own handmade Greeting Cards using relief printmaking techniques.

Folks can expect to take home 6-10 cards each (with envelopes) ready for mailing. All materials are provided, please come prepared to get messy!

This workshop is presented as part of "There's No Place Like Home - Beyond The Walls", an art exhibition by the hARTe Trail Studio Tour Artist Collective presented at MHC Gallery. The exhibition runs from November 8 until December 21, 2024.

Instructor: Ann Rallison

Ann is a member of the hARTe Trail Studio Tour Collective. She was an art teacher for nearly 40 years. Since retiring, Ann has continued to explore many art forms in her own practice, favouring experimentation with many types of printmaking. She has been an active member of Martha Street Studio for several years and is currently chair of the board.
