Printing Without a Press [5 Week Course]

Handmade prints using found, recycled and simple materials

Over 5 evening workshops you will have a go at a range of different printing techniques that can be duplicated at home, as well as learning about different inks and papers to use.

During the first 4 workshops Printmaker / Artist Cath Brooke will guide your learning in making a series of relief prints, making your own blocks as well as having a go at a range of monoprint techniques including traditional drawn monoprints and those using found materials and textures.

In the last session you can choose your favourite printing technique to try again or a combination of techniques.

Please bring a small folder to take your prints home.

Printmaking can get messy, please wear old clothes or bring an apron.

All tickets are non -refundable.

We are able to provide credit / transfer onto another course or workshop if there is two or more weeks’ notice.

Within a two-week period, under no circumstances can we transfer you onto another event. We have incurred material costs & committed numbers to the tutor.
