Printed Again: Experimental Printmaking with Discarded Materials

What happens when trash becomes a printing press?
In Printed Again, participants will transform discarded packaging and overlooked materials into stamps, printing plates, pattern tools, and textured surfaces.
Cardboard, bottle caps, mesh, produce netting, paper tubes, string, foam remnants, and other recovered objects will become collaborators in the printing process. Instead of hiding dents, folds, logos, and signs of use, participants will allow each material’s previous life to remain visible.
The workshop introduces accessible approaches to relief printing, texture printing, monoprinting, layering, repetition, and collaborative image-making.
Participants will experiment freely before developing one finished layered composition.
