Print your own bag - Kids and Family

In this workshop you will learn Lino Printing techniques and print your own unique handmade bag.

Lino Printing is a printmaking technique where a design is carved into a soft linoleum block. The uncarved areas are inked, and the block is pressed onto paper or textile.​

Join us for a fun and relaxed print workshop. Kids can join for free, ages 6+.

Together we'll create beautifull designs, use tracing paper to transfer the design onto the lino block and carve it out using the tools provided. ​

Once completed, the printmaking begins, trying out colours and playing with designs untill the final outcome.​

After this workshop you'll bring home your unique handmade bag, a few prints on paper, and a block you can repeatedly use in the future to make your own merchandise.​

Tip: think of a design you would like to have on your bag. Start with a simple design (large surfaces, few details), as carving into linoleum can be a bit tricky at first.
