Prime Rib Tuesdays are back at Karl’s Cabin beginning September 15, running for 12 weeks through November 24. This season’s prime rib features our Creekstone Farms Black Angus — slow‑roasted, tender, carved to order, served with a fluffy baked potato and all the classic accompaniments that make Tuesday nights feel a little more special.
Starting at 3 PM each Tuesday, enjoy this timeless favorite until we’re sold out.

Each plate is served with our homemade au jus, horseradish sauce, and baked potato.
Enhance your meal with optional sides: Caesar salad, potato leek soup, grilled asparagus, steamed broccoli, Brussels sprouts, green beans, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, or hunter’s brown sauce.
