his class builds uses more challenging sequences and poses to help with co-ordination and strengthening your children's growing bodies.. adjustments available for the older primary school children. Creativity is encouraged to help them express themselves using different variations and creativity such as animal sounds or movements. Parents do not need to take part in this with children but can enjoy a hot beverage in the next room. This helps improve the Childs confidence, independence and emotional and social skills by being around other children their age.
