A primary care education session for GP's, which focuses on a specific range of tumour types; delivered by specialist guest speakers.
About this Event

The Cancer Programme Team are facilitating a cancer focused education session for GPs, which will be held on Tuesday 11th November 2025 (from 1pm until 5pm).

The event will cover a range of tumour types with specialist guest speakers.

In the first instance, we are inviting one GP from each practice to attend the event face to face, however, dependent on initial uptake, we may be able to accommodate more than one GP from the same practice. Additional GPs are welcome to attend via MS Teams.

During the session on Tuesday 11th November a light lunch will be provided from 12.45pm. Additionally, we will financially compensate each practice for one afternoon session to allow a GP to be released for the afternoon; details of this will be shared closer to the event date. To confirm this will just be 1 GP per practice.

This session will be available to attend via MS teams should you be unable to attend face to face and tickets are available to purchase for both.
