On behalf of our medical staff at Alternative Healthcare LA and Centro Medico Community Clinic we open our doors to the community by accommodating all patients, including those who are uninsured/underinsured. Our clinic is dedicated to providing the best services to our patients. Our services include Primary Care for all ages, Behavioral Health, Dental, and Chiropractic. Translation, transportation, and other enabling services are also available at all sites to reach those with barriers to care.
There are no basic eligibility requirements based on income level, and we listen to the client’s concerns and take the time to understand immediate and long-term needs. We are a “one-stop shop” with broad and deep expertise in finding solutions to almost any problem a caller is having and as a “resource of last resort,” we find solutions when other experts cannot. As a proud member of Unite Us, Los Angeles County Platform AHC provides vital services that assist some of Southern California’s most vulnerable citizens. Connecting older people to resources to make their lives better, despite poverty, homelessness, and disabilities—at a time of life where nothing but the very best should be their reward—is why we exist.
If there's an older person or homeless person seeking housing, caregivers, medical equipment or resources for mental health and medical assistance Please refer your clients to us for help or call AHC-LA at (213) 258-5112 and we will contact them quickly. Our outreach team they are in the community daily, recruiting new clients for our medical services. Physicians are available to help prevent, diagnose, and treat adult illnesses. We are here for your annual physicals and check-ups to ensure health and well-being. We offer medical care to everyone regardless of your ability to pay.
