It’s a sacred fusion of somatic movement, spontaneous sound, rhythmic play, and intuitive energy healing—woven into one potent, co-created experience.

As the dark invites reflection and the return of the light promises renewal, we’ll begin with grounding somatic practices and gentle energy healing to awaken the inner landscape.
From there, we flow into ecstatic movement, intuitive rhythm, and communal sound—drums, bowls, breath, voice.
