PRIMAL PLAY - Real Meetings, Real Connections
Much of human communication happens beyond language. Through breath, movement, touch, and attention.
Primal Play is an embodiment workshop where we explore how real connection emerges when we stay in contact with the body. We work through movement, touch, sound, and breath to support nervous system regulation and clearer contact with ourselves and others.
When the body settles, meetings change. Attention becomes sharper. Boundaries become clearer. Connection becomes more honest and alive.
Each gathering unfolds in its own way. You might find yourself in playful movement, quiet eye contact, physical mirroring, gentle touch, or moments of stillness. Sometimes there is laughter. Sometimes calm focus. What guides the process is presence and clear consent.
What we practise here are the foundations of authentic connection.
• Listening with the body.
• Feeling a clear yes or no.
• Adjusting pace and distance in real time.
• Meeting others without performance.

• Simple practices that help you arrive in the body and regulate the nervous system

About the facilitator:
Henrik Kjellmo Larsen is an embodiment coach, facilitator, and yoga teacher. Through Embodied Awareness, he creates warm, spaces where people can drop out of performance and into real contact, with themselves and with others. His work is grounded in yoga and years of teaching, and shaped by long-term research into what helps humans regulate, meet honestly, and stay connected when things get real.
Maria is a yoga instructor with a deep love for the body and all it holds. She creates spaces where people can meet themselves and each other in new, sensual, and alive ways. Through Primal Play, she invites you into a world of presence, play, and what lives beyond the rhythm of everyday life.
