Do you long to play more? To connect with others without thinking, but following your body impulses? Do you wish to connect with others while honoring your boundaries? Without the mindfuck?
Come for a Primal Play session! And discover a new way to connect with other people. A new way that your body actually already knows. Activate the wisdom of your primal body to come into connection, across the full board of the human experience and expression.
How does it look like? Two people. One mat. A few minutes. Clear rules, no words, just movement, touch and sound are allowed. What will happen? What meeting point will you find with this other? How will those bodies want to meet? In a close embrace? At a safe distance, showing teeths?
Everything is possible. With the safety of stopping at any time, no explanation needed. The interaction can be soft and sensual, wild and intense, in a tight contact or without any contact at all. Funny, weird, sacred… everything may arise and is invited.
An embodiment warm-up as well as clear agreements at the beginning of the workshop will create a container where you can dive into play without having to bother about certain boundaries (no genital contact, no full nudity).

Priml Play is inspired by Ritual Play, a practice created by Marina Kronkvist in 2012. It was adapted into Primal Play in 2018 by Rachel Rickards and Buster Radvik. After discovering the practice during their Embodied Intimacy training I receive their permission to be teaching Primal Play.

Over and over I make the experience that the body in movement offers a great gateway towards connection: to myself, to others, and to other realms of perception. I am a transformation companion and facilitator tapping into various somatic modalities (Movement Medicine®, Temple Arts, Pantarei Approach, Embodied Intimacy) to support people in coming back to themselves to show up to the world with love and aliveness.

Primal Play. Was ist das genau? Stell dir vor: Eine Matte, klare Regeln und zwei Menschen die sich für 7 Minuten ohne zu sprechen dort treffen. Was wird geschehen? Wie werden Sie sich begegnen? Was werden Ihre Körper tun woĺlen? Fühlen Sie sich verbunden oder auch nicht und wie verkörpern Sie Ihre Grenzen?
Das ist die Ausgangssituation. Primal Play kannst du mit dir Selbst spielen, zu 2, 3, 4 und mehr Menschen. Kurz oder ganz lang. Jede Spieleinheit ist einzigartig und alles darf ausgedrückt werden.
Eure Begegnung kann weich und sinnlich, wild und intensiv sein, mal ganz eng im Kontakt oder die Körper berühren sich gar nicht, witzig, heilig, bizarr… alles ist möglich und eingeladen!
Klare Abmachungen sollen für einen absichtslosen Raum sorgen, in dem authentisch dass ausgelebt werden darf was gerade in dir präsent ist.
Die genauen “Spielregeln” werden wir zu Beginn des Workshops erklären und mit euch üben.
Du entscheidest in jedem Moment neu wie und an welcher Sequenz du teilnehmen willst. Es ist ein absichtsloser, bekleideter Raum und du kannst jederzeit pausieren, spazieren gehen oder den Anderen beim Spielen zu sehen.
