PRIMAL EROS ~ Awaken Your Inner Wildness (Level One in WESTERN MA)
Schedule
Sat May 16 2026 at 02:00 pm to 06:00 pm
UTC-04:00Location
The Hidden Temple | Northampton, MA
Here is what I crave. I want more time in my animal body. More instinct. More sensation. More connection that feels clean, alive, and free from the usual agendas and distortions.
After years of conditioning, most of us are living from the neck up. But underneath all of that, there is a body that knows how to move, sense, and connect in a much more honest way.
PRIMAL EROS is a ritual space to return to that. To drop beneath the overthinking mind and into the body that crawls, stalks, nuzzles, roars, and listens with its skin. When we land there, Eros comes online differently, less performed, more true, more alive.
Together, let's awaken to more wildness.

PRIMAL EROS will unfold as a ritual journey from the domesticated human down into the animal body. We will move slowly and intentionally, grounding together through meditation and elemental movement to allow the body to soften and arrive. From there, we will explore animal instinct through playful exercises, sound, movement, and embodied connection with others. There may be crawling on the floor, growling, nuzzling, gentle wrestling, and pack-like interaction as we experiment with connecting without relying on words or hands.
This container will be trauma-informed and held with care, clarity, and consent, so you can explore at your own pace while staying connected to yourself and the group.
* If there is a part of you that feels contained, controlled, or domesticated and wants more space to feel a little more wild and unleashed…
* If you are longing for a deeper connection with nature in an increasingly tech-driven world…
* If you are craving the next level of aliveness, creativity, and freedom in your intimate life…
* If you enjoy stretching your edges and exploring experiences outside the usual patterns…
THIS SPACE IS FOR YOU.
Come join me.
Let’s get curious. Let’s get embodied.
Let’s let our inner beasts come out to play.

BURNING QUESTIONS 🔥
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY “PRIMAL”?
When I say primal, I mean dropping beneath social conditioning and letting the body remember how to sense, respond, and relate through instinct. Primal is not about being crazy or overtly sexual, but it is about loosening control and allowing raw, embodied power to move through. Primal can be gentle, curious, and earthy, and it can also be wild, charged, and unleashed. Think bear cubs tussling, animals circling and sensing one another, lions roaring, bodies delighting in sensation, form, and instinctive expression. We are exploring instinct as a lived, physical experience, guided and intentional.
*
WHAT WILL THE PHYSICAL EXPLORATION BE LIKE?
This is a deeply embodied experience that begins with your own body and your own power. We will start with solo practices designed to help you drop in, ground, and connect with your animal nature through movement, breath, sound, and expression. This includes awakening your own primal energy, strength, and voice, yes, including roaring and other forms of embodied release.
From there, you will be invited, never required, to explore connection with others. We will experiment with relating without relying on words or hands, inviting more primal ways of engaging such as proximity, circling, nuzzling-adjacent contact, vocalization, and full body awareness. There will be interaction with other bodies, and everything is guided and always at choice. Touch, when present, lives more in the sensual realm than the sexual, with an emphasis on instinct, sensation, and presence.
*
IS THIS APPROPRIATE FOR PEOPLE IN PARTNERSHIPS?
Yes. You are welcome to attend together and move through the experience side by side. At the same time, if you feel open to it, being in a shared field of embodied exploration can bring new aliveness, play, and perspective into relationship.
*
WHAT IF I FEEL SHY, NERVOUS, OR UNSURE ABOUT MY WILD SIDE?
That is completely normal. You do not need to know your wild side ahead of time. This work unfolds gradually, with clear guidance and an emphasis on listening to your own body. You cannot do this wrong. Your instinctual nature already exists, and you are invited to meet it at your own pace.
*
IS THIS SPACE TRAUMA-INFORMED?
Yes. This space is guided with nervous system awareness, clear structure, and respect for individual capacity. We move slowly and intentionally, with consent and choice woven throughout, and you are always encouraged to track what feels right for you.
*
DO I NEED ANY PRIOR EXPERIENCE?
No prior experience is needed. Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to listen to your body are enough.
*
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and that you do not mind being on the floor in. Think soft fabrics and layers as we may be crawling or close to the ground at times. The space has mats and carpets, and knee pads are welcome if you like extra cushioning. You are also invited, but not required, to wear something animal-inspired, earthy, or playful if that feels fun.
