Primal Yoga & Ecstatic Dance with Live DJs, Drumming, Cacao Ceremony, vendors and refreshments along the beautiful Banana RiverReturning for the third year, Primal Ecstatic features an all levels, one-of-a-kind Primal Flow Yoga class taught by Mark Longenecker with accompanying tribal beats by DJ C-Lioness, followed by Ecstatic Dance led by DJ Shewxlf. We will begin the event with an opening set by DJ C-Lioness followed by a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony. Cam Meehan of Drumming with Cam will also perform live drumming during the yoga and dance to further elevate the vibe!
After class, we will spend the remainder of the event socializing along the beautiful Banana River, with CURRY IN A HURRY food truck (vegetarian, vegan and meat eater options available) and local vendors to round out the experience.
We will have kava and herbal teas available courtesy of our sponsor Island Root Kava. No alcohol in keeping with the sober theme of the event.

Non-yoga attendees also welcome.
-General Admission Ticket includes admission to Yoga Class, Ecstatic Dance, Cacao Ceremony and social hour
-Premium Ticket includes admission to entire event with reserved space for your yoga mat in first two rows for class and VIP Gift Bag
-Social Only Ticket is for those not wishing to participate in yoga class but still want to attend the event. You are welcome to join the Ecstatic Dance if you choose.
