Join us on Sunday the 7th of July, 3pm at Te Ana Tapu (the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Grafton), for the ordination of new priests. Our Bishop, Te Kitohi Pikaahu, will preside at the karakia. This will be followed by kai and a kaputī.
The following people within our pariha have been confirmed for ordination to the priesthood: Rev. David Ratu, Rev. Rosemary Vaikeli, and Rev. Wilson Chan.
All are welcome to come and support as these newly ordained priests step into their vocation.
Also, we're feeling so blessed to be hosting the farewell service for the Ven Dr Lyndon Drake as he and his whānau start their next chapter abroad. Happening alongside the priest ordinations (as above).
The service will be live streamed to the 'Te Mīhana Māori - Church of the Holy Sepulchre' Facebook page for those who cannot make it in person.
