About this Event

Come experience the joy of yoga and sound healing and live music as we celebrate pride together!

Sound has the ability to retune your cells, organs, and body to a more optimal frequency for your health and to shift you into a higher vibration. Wataya will lead you through a breath-centered alignment-based slow flow. Yoga postures will be grounding and nourishing and help you release into relaxation while Phoenix immerses you in an otherworldly sound bath and gives you a didgeridoo sound healing over your hearts during savasana.

The healing soundscape with theta drumming, tanpura, hand pan, chanting, angelic singing, esraj, and Native flute will help you drop deeper into your body and yoga postures. We will open and close with chanting to connect to our hearts and each other.

This is an all-levels class and is suitable for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners alike. Limited yoga props such as mats and blankets are available for use.
