In collaboration with Improper City and OUT FRONT Magazine, Movement Climbing & Fitness is excited to bring back a live yoga class in celebration and support of our LGBTQ+ community! Movement yoga instructor, Patrick Montgomery, will be teaching a 60-minute all-levels flow on the outdoor patio of Improper City on Sunday morning. Participants are encouraged to join the morning class, stick around for specials and engagement with local LGBTQ+ organizations, or pop next door afterward to climb at Movement RiNo (free access with purchase of a yoga reservation!)
Masks are optional for those who are fully vaccinated.
Yoga class registration costs $15 and all proceeds are going to Envision:You, a Colorado organization whose mission is to support, educate, and empower members of Colorado’s LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer/questioning) community who are living with a mental health and/or substance use disorder.
