In the spirit of Pride Month, members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies are invited to join together in community for a FREE, all-levels yoga flow with Lauren! Cash donations will be accepted to benefit Brave Space Alliance.

About your Instructor:

Lauren (she/they) is a 200RYT, tarot reader, and artist. Their teaching style is eclectic and creative, equal parts deep and lighthearted.
