PRIDE Verse4Verse: Drag + Poetry

Verse4Verse is New York's only drag poetry show! Our PRIDE edition features the cast of short film TUG for a screening and performances.
About this Event

A Verse4Verse evening has original poetry, drag performances, comedy, and audience games.
Verse4Verse is hosted by Poison Oak (she/her). Poison Oak is a Queens-based poet, drag queen, comedienne, and show host. A collection of her published work can be found at www.PoisonOak.NYC

For our PRIDE show, the theme is FILM. We will be screening the short film TUG, which recently won every award at the Marymount Manhattan College of Film 2026 Student Film Festival.
Special guests include Makall Connolly, the director of TUG, Mathilda Nakazawa, the star of TUG, and drag queens Purss'osophone and Barbii Coa, featured extras in TUG.
DADA is the home bar for Verse4Verse and Ridgewood's coolest cocktail lounge.
