June is Pride month, a month to celebrate and recognise the LGBTQ+ community.Our ice skating sessions are open to all – all year round, to celebrate this and in support of Pride month, this disco session is a chance for all members of the ice skating community to celebrate acceptance and inclusion with us!?
We are proud to partner with British Ice Skating’s Pride campaign to showcase our commitment to inclusivity on the ice rink and within the sport alongside ice arenas across the UK! Join us on Saturday 29 June under the rainbow disco lights as we play your favourite anthems. This Pride Disco Skate is a vibrant celebration of that spirit and the perfect warm up ahead of Notts Pride.
In support of Nottinghamshire Pride, one of the East Midlands’ leading LGBTQ+ charities and hosts of the region’s largest free Pride event, we would love you to lace up your skates and join us for a fun-filled afternoon of skating, music, and celebrating the LGBTQ+ community.
Nottinghamshire Pride 2024 will take place on Saturday 27 July and celebrates LGBTQ+ talent across the city and county! Nottingham Pride begins with a visibility march through the city centre of more than 7,000 LGBTQ+ people and allies, followed by an afternoon market with events stage, educational stalls weaving their way through the streets of Nottingham. You will find local grassroots community groups, charities, organisations and staff networks who offer services, support and information.
Together we remember our history, we make our voices heard and we celebrate Nottinghamshire’s fabulous diversity.
Our skating parties are very popular so make sure you book your tickets online in advance to avoid disappointment. Please give yourself plenty of time to arrive and put your skates on. If you need extra assistance or have special requirements, please email us and we will aim to assist you.
