The route will take us through some of DC’s most iconic corridors and historic neighborhoods. Starting in Shaw, we’ll head toward the Convention Center, then south of Logan Circle, where we'll make our way to M Street and 15th Street, and roll on DC’s first two-way protected bike lane!
Further down the route, we will pass restaurants and bars, including Trade and Number Nine, along with several others along the iconic 14th Street corridor like Miss Pixie’s. We'll then head just south of Malcolm X Park onto the 17th Street bike lane where we'll pass various bars, restaurants, and cafes, including ThreeFifty Cafe and Hank’s Oyster Bar. We'll finish off the ride on one of the city's newest protected bike lanes all the way to Dupont Circle.
goDCgo encourages riders of the event to adhere to the rules of the road and wear a helmet while biking. Riders are also highly encouraged to bring a face mask or covering and maintain six feet of social distance.
