Join us for a special Pride Month yoga event at Barefoot Studio! Our community is diverse and welcoming of people of all genders, sexual orientations, and abilities, and we want to celebrate that diversity with an all-levels yoga flow.
At the heart of yoga is the concept of authenticity and living your truth, and we believe that everyone should feel empowered to be their true selves. This event is a chance to connect with your body and breath, and to honor the unique gifts that each person brings to our community.
Led by one of our expert instructors, this one-hour yoga class will feature flowing sequences, mindful breathing, and opportunities for personal expression and exploration. And to commemorate the event, we'll be giving each participant a special gift to take home.
