Pride Power Glow Workout Class

🌈 Pride PowerGlow at Glow Fitness is a high-energy, 45-minute circuit-style workout designed to get you moving, sweating, and connecting with community 💪✨

Choose between two classes:
✨ 12:30 PM -Abs n A$$ PowerGlow
✨ 1:30 PM - Full Body PowerGlow

Each class is capped at 24 people and split into 3 rotating teams, so you’ll move through stations together and naturally meet other sapphic attendees along the way 🫶

This is a sliding scale, donation-based event with a recommended contribution of $5–$10 to help keep community events accessible!

Expect a fun, inclusive atmosphere, upbeat music, and a workout that feels more like a community experience than a typical class 🌈
