Pride of Place Living Workshop 6: Working Together, Next Steps

This session will focus on the next steps for Pride of Place Living, including the different options the committee has been exploring and the latest thinking on how the first scheme could be delivered.

It will also be a chance for Resident Interest Group members to meet people who have been taking part in the workshop programme over the past year, hear what has been covered, and share ideas, connections and skills that could help move the project forward.

The session will include an update on the current options being considered, including the new HMO crowd-funding idea and the longer-term route of working with a Registered Provider. We will also look at how Pride of Place Living can protect its values as the project develops, and how the group can support whatever comes next.

The session will include discussion, reflection and practical activities. You do not need any previous experience of housing, finance or community-led development to take part.
