Join us as we take Pride in our colorful community in the Orlando area and beyond, our voices both past and present, and our rich history.
Let's celebrate Queer & Trans Black, Indigenous, Asian American, Latinx, Pacific Islander, and our magical racialized LGBTQIA+ communities - our liberation and our joy.
More About Pride of Color:
Pride of Color was, established by the Orlando Queer and Trans Asian Association in 2021, born from a desire here in Orlando for a Pride Celebration devoid of rainbow capitalism, police presence, and the decentering of the most privleged in our community. It has since become a flourishing annual celebration cultivated by and for our comrades to find solidarity, celebration, liberation amongst one another.
More Things to Note:
- Food vouchers (on a first come, first serve basis) for those needing
- Central Florida Queers for Palestine will be offering a de-escalation team as a proactive safety measure
- Alcohol will be sold and be present on site (an uplift for anyone trying to avoid or be aware of)
- Narcan, Plan B, and other harm reduction supplies will be available at the event
- We will have a decompression station for those needing sensory breaks hosted by Peer Support Space
