We invite you to the dedication ceremony for the Pride Monument, a spectacular new piece of public art celebrating the profound and enduring contributions of the LGBTQ+ community to Palm Springs and the Greater Coachella Valley.This monument is more than just a beautiful sculpture; it is a permanent and visible symbol of our community's history, courage, and unwavering spirit—and a powerful testament to the impact of donors like you. The Palm Springs Pride organization and donors proudly provided 88% of the project's funding, and the City Public Art funds contributed 12% to the installation.

Created by artist Jim Isermann and commissioned by Palm Springs Pride, this eight-foot-tall, striking installation weaves together three iconic symbols of LGBTQ+ solidarity: the lambda, the triangle, and the rainbow. Its 720 stainless steel modules form a singular structure that honors the past, celebrates the present, and points toward a hopeful future.
