🏃♀️🌈 Pride Month Self-Care Saturday: Recuperate with a Run Club Meet-Up & Yoga Flow! 🌈🧘♂️As Pride Month draws to a close, take some time to recuperate and recharge with us on June 29th! Start your morning with an invigorating run or walk at 8:30 AM, followed by a calming yoga flow at 9:15 AM with Aumies. It's the perfect way to celebrate Pride Month, find new running buddies, and share your love for fitness and community while preparing to ease into the next month.
Schedule:
8:30 AM: Run Club Meet-Up
🏃♀️ Easy run or walk around Academy Hills Park
🌟 Meet new friends and running partners
9:15 AM: Yoga Flow with Aumies
🧘♂️ Gentle yoga session to stretch and unwind
🌈 Set your intentions for unity and love
🔮 Optional: End the practice with a protection prayer and smudging with sweet grass
