Pride Month Polar Plunge Event

Join us for our Pride Month Polar Plunge Event at SWEAT440 Fitness Highland! Support a local nonprofit that helps various LGBTQIA+ programs in the Austin Area! You can also take a refreshing dip in one of our ice baths!

We will have FREE HIIT CLASSES beginning every 10 minutes from 2pm-3pm for anyone who wants to participate in our event. Ice baths will also be available for use by donation.

Want to dunk your favorite coach? Donate to Hill Country Ride for AIDS and the coach with the highest amount of donations has to take a dip in the ice bath! MEMBERS: Bring a friend to get an extra vote for your favorite coach!
