Are there ID requirements to enter the event?

An ID will be needed at vendor check-in, only the person on the application (or authorized person)  from your organization/business will need an ID.

Can I update my registration information?

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

This is a case by case question, send us an email at [email protected] and a member of our vendor team will reach out to you.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, just make sure you let us know ASAP about the change and who will be checking in and picking up the wristbands. [email protected]
