Take time to breathe, move, explore, and love and honor your true Self with Madi (CYT-200) in this 60-minute, gentle-style class. No yoga experience needed, class is suitable for beginner and more advanced yogis. Wear your favorite comfortable clothes, and just bring a mat and an open mind and heart. Don’t have a yoga mat? Yoga with Madi offers low-cost, free, and donation-based yoga and tarot readings in Cleveland.
