The annual Pride At Work Conference returns to the Convention Centre Dublin on Wednesday, August 26th.
About this Event

This event runs from 10.00am to 4.30pm with lunch and refreshments provided. Tickets are €75 and we have a range of subsidised scholarships available (see below). Pride At Work Members can avail of up to 4 free tickets by contacting [email protected].

How do we avoid projecting our experiences of discrimination onto other communities? And how do we build partnerships between different groups that respect difference and include everyone?

Supporting SMEs on their journey to building Inclusive workplaces

The value of inclusive workplaces has long been established. It does, however, come at a cost. How do we support small, medium and micro enterprises who want to incorporate best practices in terms of policy development, resources and events that promote inclusion but simply don’t have the budgets of larger organisations?

Ireland’s role in promoting LGBTIQ+ equality and inclusion internationally

As Ireland hold’s the EU presidency we consider what should we do, what can we do, and what will we do to advance LGBTIQ+ rights on a global scale?



Scholarship Options

We aim to ensure all of our events are as inclusive and accessible as possible. We are happy to offer free tickets to students, job seekers and those working or volunteering in the non-profit sector. To request a scholarship, contact [email protected] by August 7th, 2026.

This year, with the support of the Department of Children, Disability and Equality, we are delighted to be able to offer 20 fully funded scholarships that include travel costs and two nights accommodation in Dublin City Centre to support participation of people from rural communities. These scholarships are aimed at people volunteering in rural and regional Pride organisations. To apply for one of these scholarships, contact [email protected] by July 20th, 2026.
