Pride started as a protest at Stonewall— 57 years still fighting, casting your ballot is one of the most powerful acts of resistance we have to stand up for Trans and LGBTQ+ rights.
Join the Lucas County Stonewall Democrats for Pride at the Polls, a thoughtful and energetic GOTV (Get Out the Vote) community conversation and rally among our queer community and allies.
Whether you're making a plan to vote, having tough conversations between friends, undecided in voting at all or wanting to leave races empty, every voice belongs here.
What to Expect:
✨ Mobilize & Action: Find where you can vote, early voting dates, and voter registration checks.
🎨 Thoughtful Discussion: Some Democrats promote Anti-Trans policies, why should I vote? Let’s talk about it.
🤝 Community Connection: Meet local leaders, connect with fellow organizers, and enjoy great music and refreshments.
Featured Speakers at 6pm:
- Toledo Councilmember Nick Komives
- Lucas Camuso-Stall, Stonewall Dem Chair
- Joe Wood, Stonewall Dem Vice Chair
Voting is our power, our resistance, and our future. Bring a friend, and see you there!
