Exceptional talent Naomi Scott ("Aladdin", "3 Angels for Charlie", "Power Rangers") thrills in the leading role and is actively supported by newcomer Dylan Gelula ("Dream Scenario", "Shameless: Not Quite Sober") and Lukas Gage ("Road House", "You: You'll Love Me") in SMILE 2. Kyle Gallner ("Scream", "Jennifer's Body") also appears again in the sequel as police officer Joel. Parker Finn once again directed the film and, as with its predecessor, also wrote the screenplay. Marty Bowen, Wyck Godfrey, Isaac Klausner, Parker Finn and Robert Salerno are responsible for the production.

Ausnahmetalent Naomi Scott („Aladdin“, „3 Engel für Charlie“, „Power Rangers“) begeistert in der Hauptrolle und erhält in SMILE 2 – SIEHST DU ES AUCH? tatkräftige Unterstützung von Newcomerin Dylan Gelula („Dream Scenario“, „Shameless: Nicht ganz nüchtern“) und Lukas Gage („Road House“, „You: Du wirst mich lieben“). Kyle Gallner („Scream“, „Jennifers Body“) tritt auch in der Fortsetzung wieder als Polizist Joel in Erscheinung. Parker Finn übernahm erneut die Regie und schrieb, wie schon beim Vorgänger, auch das Drehbuch. Für die Produktion zeichnen Marty Bowen, Wyck Godfrey, Isaac Klausner, Parker Finn und Robert Salerno verantwortlich.
