About this Event

Join the ASSP West Michigan Chapter for a practical morning focused on preventing motor vehicle incidents in the workplace.

Brett Black, a retired Michigan State Police Sergeant and retired U.S. Marine, will share his experience as a safety specialist and skip-aid instructor with the MTA. The presentation will focus on common causes of motor vehicle incidents, including driver distraction, proper load securement, and the “Fatal Six” key areas that can help organizations reduce serious vehicle-related incidents.

Whether your employees drive company vehicles, operate trucks, travel between job sites, or simply spend time on the road for work, this session will provide useful takeaways that can be applied to everyday operations.
