How to Choose a System and Supplier: CRM, ERP, Ecommerce, other systems — how to avoid costly mistakes and ensure solution and supplier are fit for purpose

In this workshop, you'll get a chance to learn about:

• Risks of leading with solution ahead of identifying business need
• Scope business requirements
• Understand and define the problem that needs solved or the opportunity you want to grasp
• Are current business processes optimised ahead of considering an IT solution     
• Define the system requirements
• How to prepare a project specification and identify potential suppliers
