Led by Rodrigo Pineda with Franklin Apartment Management, this course will cover areas you may not have even thought of that could cost you a lot of dollars if not properly maintained.
This includes:
Major appliances: Water heater & HVAC
Exterior inspections and repairs
Post-repair clean up
Identify small problems before they get out of control
Dos and Don’ts with time for Q & A
