Pretzel to Gelato—From Munich to Lake Garda

The moment has arrived – registration for our special event is now open! Join the SYN Munich Crew and experience an unforgettable group road cycling adventure. Ride the Alps and reach the Lake.

We’ll set off together on Thursday, June 18th, meeting at 9:00 PM at Säbener Platz, Perli in Munich, with our departure scheduled for 09:30PM. Our destination: Lake Garda in Torbole, which we’ll reach after an exhilarating overnight ride across the Alps.

Support along the journey is provided by the SYN support van that takes care of your luggage, provides snacks at key refreshment stops along the route, and pause at selected locations. Our planned stops include Achensee for a quick energy boost, Sterzing after Brenner Pass for gearing up with warmer clothing, Neumarkt for a well-deserved pizza break, and finally Torbole at Lake Garda – where you can enjoy gelato, take a dip into the refreshing lake, or join us for a celebratory dinner to wrap up this adventure.

It´s mandatory to show up in SYN Apparel. Participants receive a 50% Gift Card for one full SYN kit prior to the event.

Participation is €30 per person. What’s included?

What’s not included?

Hotel accommodation and return transport must be arranged individually. We’ll share a link for the return bus, check seat availability, and leave the booking and further arrangements to you.

This way, everyone can decide whether to stay longer at Lake Garda or head back to Munich right away.

Participation Requirements:

This tour is designed for experienced road cyclists who are responsible for their own bikes and safety. Requirements:

• Road bike only - bike & tires in tip-top technical condition
• Clipless pedals with compatible shoes (no platform pedals)
• Helmet is mandatory
• Front and rear lights for riding at night or dusk (please ensure your lights are sufficiently bright and the battery capacity last longer then 6 hours!)
• Weatherproof and warm clothing for the night hours
• SYN apparel mandatory. Participants are handed an exclusive one-off 50% discount for one full kit after registration.

Minor repairs can be managed together during the ride. When major issues occur, we ask for your understanding that solutions may be limited. Please ride with discipline in the group, signal clearly, observe traffic rules, and keep a steady pace. Participation is at your own risk.

Pace & Groups:

Our crew leads a group with a pace of avg 27 km/h. Nevertheless you are expected to be self-sufficient. Ride leaders may not wait in the event of mechanical issues, punctures, or other delays, so please come prepared and carry the essentials needed to get yourself rolling again.

Cancellation, No-Show & Waiver:

Registration is binding and refunds for cancellations are not possible. If you do not show up on the event day, there will be no refund or registration transfer to future events. The same applies in case of poor weather or heavy rain. By registering, all participants agree to the Ride Outs Waiver of Liability, Indemnity and Risk as accepted in the checkout terms and conditions.
